Trailer Hire Rates and Hire Periods
The price of the horse trailer hire includes the supply of the trailer security devices, wheel brace and new spare wheel and tyre. Please note it does not include insurance. The hirer should make provisions for insurance.
Daily Hire
A 24-hour period or part thereof commencing from 0900hrs or 1630hrs. This is
the minimum chargeable period of hire. No part day hire is available. However,
a day's hire can be extended into a further 24-hour period and the extended
rate would be provided upon request.
Weekend Hire
Weekend hire starts from 0900hrs on Friday. Trailers may be collected on Thursday
after 1630hrs, if available. Weekend hire finishes at 0900hrs on Monday, but
can be returned up to 2000hrs on the previous day (Sunday)
Weekly/2 weekly Hire
This is a hire period that can commence on any day of the week from 0900hrs
or 1630hrs and runs for a period of seven days for 1-week hire or 14 days for
2-week hire.

Please note that once a deposit has been paid we reserve the right to retain the full deposit. In the event we have been able to secure a new hirer for the period we will refund you 50% of deposit paid.
